The day of the verdict made all Salmanics palpitate and bite their nails. Many were praying for Salman Khan that he comes out clean of the charges. But that didn’t happen! He was found guilty.
The verdict was out and Salman Khan was at his home Galaxy Apartments and his friends and family rushed in to meet him. While the whole Khan family united under the light of the hour, Salman’s tinselville friends came by to show their support too.
His Dabangg co-star Sonakshi Sinha paid him a visit just after the verdict was out. And so did old friend Preity Zinta. Salman’s ex-girlfriend Sangeeta Bijlani too was seen entering his apartment. Filmmaker David Dhawan and Sajid Nadiawala had met with the star earlier. Also last night, Shah Rukh Khan dropped by to be there for his friend.
There were many celebrities who have lent in their support to Khan by messages, calls, statuses and comments on various platforms. There are even hashtags trending on social networks circling around Salman’s verdict and people in his support.
A friend in need is a friend indeed they say! Salman has been for his friends and now it is their turn!
